German Professor of Angiology and Sports Medicine, Professor Martin Halle, has developed a special system to preserve the cells of blood vessels in the best possible condition. Halle called his system a "point system", according to which a person must collect 100 points per week to maintain endothelium cells, an average of about 15 points per day.
Blood vessels contain billions of tiny cells lining their inner surfaces, called "endothelial cells" or "endothelial tissue", also known as "endothelium cells".
For the vascular system to function efficiently, endothelium cells must be maintained in an optimal condition until old age. This can be achieved with a proper amount of exercise, adequate relaxation and the right diet, according to what “Deutsche Welle” quoted on the website of the German “Focus” magazine.
The 'point system' devised by Professor Halle, aims to protect endothelium cells that are involved in important processes in the body. According to the system, cells can be returned to the youth stage if more than 120 points are collected. As for those who collect less than 100 points per week, they make the endothelium cells threatened with aging ahead of time, according to Focus.
